If you want to disable some property.you need to modify windows registry
Go to Run.Type Regedit
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
In the right side panel create a DWORD with value of 1 and enter following entries as name for each Type you want to disable:
1.To disable ScreenSaver type: NoDispScrSavPage
2.To disable Desktop type: NoDispBackgroundPage
3.To disable Themes type: NoThemesTab
4.To disable Setting type: NoDispSettingsPage
